How do the nora fleming minis work with the bases?
Each nora fleming base contains a small hole. Simply select your favorite decorative mini, insert the stem into the hole, and pull the silicone plug from the bottom to secure it in place.
Are the ceramic serving pieces dishwasher safe?
Yes, all nora fleming ceramic stoneware bases are dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing the decorative hand-painted minis to preserve their finish and detail.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are looking to expand our shipping capabilities to more international destinations in the future.
What should I do if my ceramic base arrives broken?
We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage to receive a replacement.
