At nora fleming, we want you to love every celebration. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the minis or bases you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully secure your ceramic or stoneware items in their original gift boxes and outer shipping carton to prevent breakage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
